How it Works
You play this release on a five-reel board with ten paylines. These paylines cannot be turned on or off to adjust your total stake. Wins are formed by finding three or more matching symbols in adjacent positions, starting with the leftmost reel. All winning combinations must follow one of the ten active paylines, or else the cash prize will not be granted. Barcrest use the same user interface that they do in their other titles. Through it, we can spin the reels, change our total bet and access a variety of options like the paytable. Unique to Rainbow Riches Midnight Magic is the Super Dial button in the bottom right. Players can bet between £0.10 and £400 on each spin.
Available icon designs are a mix of playing card royals and a variety of lucky or Leprechaun themed symbols. The playing card royals are nothing special. They serve as decent low value icons, but fail to stand out in any way. The remaining symbols are better in this aspect, but not by much. If you played any slots that used a similar theme to this title, they will probably seem very similar. The game logo is the Wild, while the smiling leprechaun serves the role of Scatter.
Bonus Rounds
Free spins are activated when you have three, four or five Scatters on the playing field at the same time. This will grant ten, fifteen or twenty free spins, respectively. Rainbow Riches Midnight Magic is one of the most delightful releases to come out of Barcrest recently. It only has two special features, but they manage to keep things interesting throughout.
